Cost and Registrations:

Conference Fee: $210pp (includes 3 lunches & 3 morning teas)

Youth Pastors/Leaders: $160pp (Discounted rate - bookings close 29th Feb 12) 

Accommodation: $212pp (El Rancho - Elm Court)

Travel:

We recommend that if you're flying you book your flights early.  For those of you flying in from Auckland, flights are now available direct to Kapiti through Air NZ. (This will save you a lot of travel time). 

Shuttles are available to and from both airports.  Please book your flights on Monday 26th to arrive between 1.30pm to 4pm.  Departure flights on Thursday 29th March should be booked from 3.30pm onwards.

These times allow for the travel from Wellington Airport to the Kapiti Coast of 1.5 hours approximately. (We allow two hours including check-in of 30 minutes).       

For flights booked outside of these times, we kindly ask you to make your own travel arrangements. 

 

Accommodation (booked by us):

El Rancho - Elm Complex.  To find out more look on their website www.elrancho.co.nz.   This covers your breakfasts and dinners, plus transport to and from conference (for those who have no other transport).

There are many other accommodation options available on the Kapiti Coast.  Please contact us if you would like any recommendations. 

 

Childcare:

A Creche will be available for pre-school aged children for both day and night sessions.  There may be a small charge payable.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
